Practice for Body-based Support and Integration

In my practice for body-oriented talk therapy (trauma and stress therapy), my goal is to offer you a safe and friendly space where you can decelerate and make the most of your greatest resource, your friend and teacher: your body.

You might want to ask yourself, how is my body feeling at this moment, do you feel at ease? Practices like Somatic Experiencing, Kundalini Yoga or Mindful Self Compassion can help you by working with both the body and the mind.

Many of us suffer from difficulties caused by impactful experiences and could use support in deepening, or rebuilding an intimate relationships with our bodies – to obtain deeper connection, more resilience and life energy.

I am here to accompany you in times of crisis, to help you develop practical coping tools, and to support you as you dare to take new paths into a balanced and empowered state of embodiment.

As a German-American and long-time visual artist, I am especially familiar with all facets of multicultural life and the challenges and unpredictabilities of freelance life.

Working with teenagers and children is also a longtime passionate commitment of mine.
